PLOT: Jerry Warriner thinks that his wife, Lucy, has been unfaithful and nothing she does can convince him otherwise. Lucy starts divorce proceedings but she and Jerry can't seem to stay away from each other. Lucy gets involved with millionaire Daniel Leeson while Jerry romances snobby socialite Barbara Vance. Jealousy and a custody battle over their dog, Mr. Smith, keeps bringing Lucy and Jerry together until they can no longer deny their true feelings.
